  • This work compares the yield and quality of the flaxseed oil obtained by individually optimized supercritical carbon dioxide extraction (SCE), three-phase partitioning (TPP), solvent extraction and the reported values of cold press extraction.

  • The analyzed cold-pressed flaxseed oil was also characterized by a low content of saturated fatty acids (SFA), in which the content of palmitic acid (C16:0) did not exceed 5 g/100 g and the content of stearic acid (C18:0) was more than 2-fold lower. Table 3.
