This is processed afterwards without employing heat, shear, chemicals, refining and is known as virgin coconut oil.
- How copra is used in coconut oil production?
- Special attention is given to copra drying methods and by-product utilization in the coconut oil production process. Copra, the dried product of coconut kernels, undergoes a crucial process of moisture reduction to enhance oil concentration and facilitate easy oil extraction from the coconut seeds.
